Many South Africans have cherished memories of farm life, often picturing Afrikaner oxen with their wide horns. Traditionally, children on farms would create oxen out of clay, using Acacia thorns as horns.
Across generations and cultures, red wine has affectionately been referred to as "ox blood."

Osbloed Wine is crafted in the Helderberg area. We carefully select grapes from the Stellenbosch and Helderberg terroirs, ensuring they are beautifully ripe. The grape juice is then fermented and aged under optimal conditions before being bottled and made available to our valued customers.
